Add an Item to the Auction
Submit a new item to the auction specifying category, price, quantity, starting
date and time, length of auction, and entering a description of the item(s).
Sellers should not list two or more items in a "Multiple item Auction" unless the items are identical. They should be listed separately or listed as (1) one item and sold as a lot.
Edit a Current Auction
If your auction listing is still pending (for about the first 45 minutes
after you list it), you can make any changes or corrections to your listing
that you want to using this feature.
If your auction listing is active you can still make changes, but you are limited to: Changing the category of the item, the location of the item, the Feature and Bold listing, add...change...or up load your URL/jpg picture file, shipping info, and or adding to your item description. Once your listing becomes active you cannot change the item description, but you can add to it and anything that you add to it will be time/date stamped.
Close an Auction Early
Choose an auction from a list of your currently active auctions to close early.
If you need to end an auction permanently because of a duplicate listing, a
mistake, etc. Don't just close it, or it will continue to show up in your
relisting pages and could cause you confusion when you go to relist items that
don't sell right away. Email us the item number(s) and we'll be happy to
permanently delete it for you.
Relist an Auction
Relist an auction for up to 30 days after it has closed. This feature also lets
you make changes to just about everything except the actual title when
relisting. Note that relisted auctions are assigned NEW lot numbers.
Relist Multiple Auctions
This great time saving feature will let you relist multiple closed auctions all
at one time. Note: when using this feature no changes can be made to your
listings (although you can go back use the edit a current feature) and they
will be assigned NEW lot numbers. You will not receive any email listing
confirmation when relisting multiple items. Be sure that you set the "date" in
the drop down window back to 30 days to view all possible items available to
relist.
List Your Current Auctions
A list of all the auctions submitted by you and their current status, including
your reserve price(s).
View Closed Auction Results
View the complete list and bidding history of all your closed auctions for the
last 30 days. Shows top bidders and bid amounts.
Item Status
Have the current status(es) of your item(s) sent to your registered e-mail
address. This is the same status report that you should receive every morning
when you have items listed on eRock.
View Your Statistics
View a statistical representation of your activity as a seller on this site!
Total items listed, total sold, percentages, etc. Very Informative!
