eRock Auction insures its bidders against fraud for up to $275 with a $25 deductible. Insurance is free and is automatic on every bid you make on eRock Auction.

You can bid with the confidence that you are insured against any fraud. Every bid is automatically insured if it meets these following requirements:

• If you paid for an item and never received it.
• Both the bidder and the seller have a feedback of zero or higher at the time the bid was placed.
• The bidder has not filed another claim within the past 30 days.
• The transaction occurred from using the eRock Auction system.
• You must have been the winning bidder on the item in question.
• The location of the item is within the United States (items offered outside the USA are not insured at this time).
• You must have proof of or be able to obtain proof of payment (i.e.. copy of canceled check, money order, credit card receipt, etc.)
• You will be asked to sign an affidavit stating that you paid for the item but never received it.
